Conditions of Sale
Hair Extension Supplies does not recommend any one particular 'system' of attachment. We require that the person using our products follows an internationally recognized professional application method and be professionally trained in that method keeping up-to-date with any procedural changes which may arise. Products are sold only for their individual specific professional intended purpose and on the understanding that the person using them reads and accepts Hair Extension Supplies Product Information, Company Policy and Returns Policy incorporating 'Conditions of Sale'. It is the duty of the purchaser to ensure all preliminary tests are done and that the new wearer is compatible in every way prior to application.

All hair sold by Hair Extension Supplies is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly wash the hair with the Get Real Hair Care Range and check it to ensure happiness with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the new wearer and before the tie is removed. First check the tie is tight. Then apply the Get Real shampoo and water below the tie and wash thoroughly. Follow with rinsing. Then apply the Get Real conditioner below the intended application area (and not condition on the application area). Rinse again then thoroughly dry. If you are unhappy with the quality you are requested to return it in its unworn state within 14 days of receipt.  Get Real accepts no responsibility for application procedures and emphasizes the necessity of washing the hair prior to application to the new wearer, thoroughly drying it afterwards. If you are unsure of Get Reals recommended hair pre-application, quality-checking, washing procedure, we ask that you contact us. The purchaser and new wearer must accept the responsibility to wash and condition the hair with the recommended products below.

Get Real Hair Extensions hair is processed at factory level and the cuticles diffused (this is the right term instead of using 'remove' the cuticles). The surface of the hair is altered structurally changing it forever. For this reason Hair Extension Supplies recommends the Get Real Hair Care Products, as being appropriate for our hair. Get Real Hair design their hair care range to work on processed extension hair.

It is a condition of sale that the purchaser advises the new wearer to wash and condition it with the Get Real Hair care range. Use of other products in conjunction with Get Real Hair products is not recommended and done entirely at your own risk.

Get Real Hair Extension – Hair Type:
True Remy hair is produced from 'cut' hair and regarded as superior because it is cuticle correct (cuticles traveling in the same direction).

Colouring/Dying/Perming/Other Chemical Processses/Excessive Blow-drying:
Hair Extension Supplies does not advise or accept responsibility for any of these procedures. While we take every effort to achieve hair supply of consistent colour, from time to time there may be variations in colour baths, which are beyond our control.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Although we provide the expected delivery times for each service, we will not be held responsible for delayed shipments which result from Australia Post. For orders posted within Australia, we recommend choosing Platinum Express Post as this option can be tracked.

Where orders are not received we will raise an investigation with Australia Post. Please Note: This service can take up to 10 days and no refunds will be offered due to lost orders. 

Returns
We will accept goods back if they are proven to be faulty and/or not to the standard you require which would be noted during your pre-application washing procedure and/or examination and PRIOR to application to the new wearer. You are requested to follow a known professional application method. We do not accept returns after application to the new wearer. Choose your colours carefully from the Get Real Hair Colour Ring. Returns are not accepted when colours have been chosen using any other colour chart. 

Hair Extension Supplies insist that you contact us if you are unsure and need further assistance BEFORE untying the bundle and BEFORE applying the hair to the new wearer. Hair Extension Supplies deems that application to the new wearer is an acceptance of the quality, hair type and bond.
